➤ HOW to submit my design?
You could send us your logo through conversation, image size needs to be bigger than 2000x2000, 300 dpi. If you need help on logo design, please contact us as well.
➤Maximum Print Area.
We can full colour print your design on the bag but we need to leave 20mm to the edges.
➤Turn Around Time
Normally, the production lead time is 5-7 days after the design is confirmed.
➤Shipping:
It takes 1-2 weeks to worldwide via standard airmail (free), or 3-5 days via DHL Express (USD 20).

⚠️ Colour difference between your design on screen and image printed on the bag.
Digital devices such as your phone or computer screens use RGB to display colours.
All RGB files must be translated into CMYK for printing.
When preparing files for printing, it’s especially important that your file is set up in CMYK colour mode.
If your file is set up in RGB colour mode, the colours will not print as they are seen on screen.
Normally CMYK mode looks faded.
Certain RGB colours that you can see on your screens cannot be replicated with standard CMYK inks. If there are bright colours in your design, please check your image in CMYK colour mode to avoid potential RGB conversion issues.
